Hi, I’m Jaclyn Foster

I believe it’s time to break the idea that employment is their only path — and prove that paralegals are fully capable of building independent businesses that support law firms on their own terms.
For too long, paralegals have been conditioned to think the only way forward is to stay inside the traditional system: wait for the tiny raise, chase the next job opening, and hope someone else eventually hands them more freedom, more money, or more respect.
I don’t believe that’s the full picture. I believe paralegals can build something of their own — something rooted in their actual strengths, their expertise, and the kind of life they want to create.
After building and scaling my own paralegal agency to half a million before selling it, consulting with 500+ attorneys on outsourced staffing models, and helping hundreds of paralegals think differently about what’s possible, I’ve seen firsthand that the opportunity is real.
