How do you decide which Mastermind I'm in?
We organize tables around where you are in business: Launch (starting or launching), Grow (building traction), or Scale (building beyond your own capacity). After you join, we'll assign your table based on your current stage. Room assignments are typically sent within 1–2 business days.
What if I'm still figuring out my business?
That's what Launch is for. You don't need a finished offer, clients or a fully formed plan to bring useful questions to the table.
What if I already have clients?
Grow is designed for members working through traction, client relationships, capacity and operations. Scale focuses on the decisions that come with building beyond your own individual workload. We'll place you based on your current challenges.
Does $57 include everything in PIBS Core?
Yes. The Mastermind tier is $57 per month total and includes the PIBS Core benefits along with participation in your assigned monthly Mastermind.
I'm already a Core member. How do I upgrade?
Use the enrollment button to view the Mastermind plan. Before confirming, check your existing MemberSpace subscription and the checkout details to make sure your Core plan is being replaced rather than creating a second active subscription. If the upgrade isn't clear, contact PIBS for assistance before completing checkout.
Can I join other Mastermind tables?
Your Mastermind membership is for active participation in your assigned table. All Access ($74/month total) adds observation access to other Mastermind rooms and the recording library.
What happens in a monthly session?
Each 90-minute session centers on members' actual business questions, decisions and opportunities, with coaching from Jaclyn and discussion among peers. The conversations are shaped by the people at the table, rather than a fixed lecture curriculum.
When do the Masterminds meet?
Each group meets monthly. Your specific meeting time and joining information are provided with your table assignment. Check your calendar invitation for the current schedule.
What happens between monthly sessions?
You can use your private Mastermind-only chat room to share updates and ask questions. Jaclyn responds within the same business day. Your individualized planning sheet and monthly check-ins help keep the conversation connected to your progress.
Will I get the session recording and transcript?
Yes. Recordings and transcripts from your assigned Mastermind table are sent to that table’s members. All Access adds the ability to observe other tables and access their available replays.
